Transportation Program

A NOTE FROM OUR DRIVERS (CARL, BOB, RAY, KEVIN, & JANE)

Join us for a ride on our Bus Routes!

We invite you to hop on board and experience the fun of riding our bus routes! Not only is it a great way to get around but who wouldn’t want to enjoy lunch with friends? Whether you are heading to a favorite restaurant or exploring new places, our bus trips are a fantastic way to socialize and make memories.

Be sure to check the calendar for some of our very special trips planned in July! One exciting highlight is the Lumberjack Special, where the cost to ride is just $20. This trip promises to be a unique experience that you won’t want to miss!

Another trip to the Navarino Nature Center in Shawano!! Join the 2026 Senior Safari Lunch and Learn where the topic is WI Canine and Cats. Suggested donation is $5.00 and you will receive a meal. Be prepared to fill out a meal registration form when you arrive. Please call Kathy Fohrman at 715-478-2015 by June 26th to reserve your spot.

Another great adventure this month is our Let’s Go Fishing trip, which is completely free! You will have the opportunity to fish without a license as long as you don’t keep your catch. If you decide to keep any fish, you will need to have a fishing license. But even if fishing isn’t your thing, you can still join us just to ride the boat and enjoy the beautiful scenery! We are excited to also visit Tomahawk on July 27th and enjoy some delicious treats at the Windmill Ice Cream Shop, celebrating July as Ice Cream Month! Finally, on July 31st, we will be going to the Kovac Planetarium. The cost is $12, and the showings are one hour long. We will be attending the 11:00 AM. show.

Our wonderful drivers—Carl, Jane, Kevin, Bob, and Ray—are excited to take you on your adventures! Did you know that in July, our drivers love to embrace the summer spirit? They might even surprise you with some fun facts about the history of Independence Day or share their favorite BBQ recipes as you ride along!

So grab a friend, bring your appetite, and come ride with us this July! We can’t wait to see you on the bus!
